Network Management Strategy

December 7th, 2009

Those in network management function as security, monitoring, control, allocation, deployment, coordination and planning personnel for a businesses network. Network management therefore describes the act of managing all of those roles. There are lot of protocols that exist for the operation of network management and its support including programs such as CMIP, Common Information Model, Java Management Extensions, Netconf, SNMP, Transaction Language 1 and WBEM.

The most important area of network marketing is routing. Routing is the process in which people select a path within a computer network that will be used to send data back and forth between computers. This area of network management focuses on using nodes, or more often they are referred to as routers, to pass logically addressed packets of information from their source to their destination in a process called forwarding. This is typically done through the use of routing tables which keep up a record of the most efficient routes on which to transfer the information.

Another key aspect of network management is security management. The goal of security management is to protect the network from unauthorized access which includes all of the networks sub-functions including the authorization of subscriber access, the distribution of security related events, control of distributing cryptographic keying material and the reporting of security related events.

Both the security and quality aspects of network management are related to configuration management. This is the department that manages security features in a specific business network by controlling any and all changes that are to be made to the software, hardware, firmware, documentation and test features within the businesses system. As the companies network system changes and grows the configuration management team keeps the system under control and is responsible for maintaining both security and quality.

Then there are two main areas of the software configuration management. The first area focuses on storing entities from the software development project, sometimes referred to as the component repository management. The other area is known as engineering support and is focused on producing these entities.

In order to have a successful network management team there also need to be an accounting management. This team focuses on the financial status of the business network by controlling and reporting its functions. Accounting management accomplishes this by doing analysis, planning and controlling the financial data and reporting any managerial decisions. Those involved in accounting management will work with bank account maintenance, developing financial statements and analyzing the businesses cash flow and financial health.

Looking For a Good Work at Home Computer Business Idea?

December 2nd, 2009

Who ISN’T looking for a good work at home computer business idea, internet income, or whatever you want to call it…?

It seems like everyone is looking to strike it rich nowadays with the internet and network marketing. And out of every one hundred people that get started in something, only about two or three ever go on to make a significant income.

So why is there such a high failure rate?

There could be a couple reasons but one of the biggest ones, I believe, is that people think they will get rich, doing nothing. And no wonder they think that – with all the work at home scam ads online, telling them that they CAN actually get rich overnight!

And then when there is nothing much to show after several weeks, they give up.

Another reason so many fail is lack of training and support… being orphaned a few weeks after joining a program…. or worse yet, the program or company itself, disappearing after payment is received.

It happens over and over – there are way more scammers than cops so there is no way they can track everyone down that scams you! Which is why you need to always research companies BEFORE signing on the dotted line…even though it may be only for a few hundred bucks.

You will want to know a few things like…

Is there a real product being marketed that people would buy even if there was no business opportunity attached to it… you would be amazed at how many home business computer opportunities are out there that are simply cash flow opportunities with no real , tangible product. They typically last a few years (or less) and then another one pops up to take it’s place.

The 10k question…. how many active people do you need in your downline to be making ten thousand a month with the company. ‘Active’ meaning your customers are purchasing products on a monthly basis, creating a residual check for you. Most of the time this will be a monthly auto-ship or membership fee and this is only on the retail or product end of it.

There are usually bonuses involved when you recruit people or sign on new members with the company but we are talking about strictly walk away income that you generate after having built your business.

You will be amazed at how many people have NO IDEA what it takes to make that kind of income and believe me, you will want to know if you are planning to build a legacy to pass on to your kids and grandkids!

The home business industry is creating more six figure income earners than any other industry but it doesn’t happen overnight. It takes work and effort – consistency and persistency.

It is absolutely possible for ANYONE with motivation and determination to succeed at network marketing – just do your homework and find a good home business computer idea that you can be passionate about and that has a good marketing plan – and set your goals.

While you are thinking it can’t be done – someone else is doing it!

Home Based Business Using Computer – Network Marketing Strategy

November 8th, 2009

For those that are looking for a network marketing strategy or home based business using computer and the internet, you are definitely moving in the right direction. There are over 150,000 people a week getting started in some sort of home based business. Sadly enough, almost 95% fail and there are a variety of reasons for that. Several common causes are:

Lack of training and support – This is actually the biggest cause of failure. In several cases, when I was searching the internet for a way to work at home, I would sign up for an opportunity and then I couldn’t find hide nor hair of anybody to find out what I do next! And the truth of the matter is, that most of those 150,000 are people just like I was…looking for a way to work at home but have no clue what to look for or what to do once they invested in a home business! Looking for ‘pie in the sky’ success – we are sold this image all over the internet that you can be a millionaire overnight when you get started with the right network marketing strategy…. Bogus! A home based business using computer, internet and network marketing is still a business! Treat it like a business and you will get paid like a business… Treat it as a hobby and it will cost you like a hobby! Companies failing and disappearing – This happens all the time with ‘fly by night MLM companies’ that start up and disappear again. This is especially true with online business scams where there is no product except for perhaps some ebook or other digital product.

You can find a REAL home business, marketing REAL products and it will make you REAL money…. but it will take REAL work and effort, consistency and persistence. The numbers are increasing daily of six and seven figure income earners that are working from home. People are leaving their corporate jobs by droves and getting started in network marketing.
